The press kit is created and one re-write is completed. The press kit includes:

-Questions/Answers or Pre-Written Interview with one executive
-Photography selection from your photos (must be at least 300 dpi)*
-Services/Product sheet

Placement in over 400 search engines world-wide

Implementation of chosen graphic design strategy involving conceptual
as well as layout design
Obtain necessary vendor quotes and additional costs such as printing, copy
writing, photography or illustration for the chosen graphic design

Choose the trade shows to attend on a local and national level
Choose the right venues for your events
Design and plan the layout, components, and logistics of your event
Plan pre-event and/or trade show marketing activities

Select entertainment, catering, A/V, and other event specific services

MONTH 3
The media strategy is developed. This includes:
-2-3 story ideas and a compilation of research in your industry where you
could lend your expertise for possible publication

MONTH 4
The media strategy is executed. This includes:
-3-4 media contacts with pitching guidelines.
-Additionally, we will submit your news release to at least 3 media outlets
and follow up to determine if the story was used.
-This final phase also includes tips for ongoing management of your public
relations strategy and ways to quantify your media exposure and evaluate
whether your strategy is working.
